EDITION Plastic Surgery

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the surgery review board?

This is where posts written by patients who had surgery at Edition Plastic Surgery are collected. You can browse them by surgical area, such as rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, eye surgery, and thread lifting.

Is there a reason the review text isn't shown in the list?

Because these are patients' treatment experiences, they are not shown openly to the general public. This follows Article 56 of the Medical Service Act, and the full text can be viewed after logging in as a member.

Who can write a review?

Posts are written directly by website members who have been treated at Edition Plastic Surgery. The clinic does not write them on patients' behalf or dictate their content.

Will I get the same results shown in the reviews?

Even with the same surgery, results and recovery vary by individual. A review reflects only that person's experience and is not a promise of results; the right approach for you is determined through diagnosis.

Can I browse by surgical area?

Using the tabs at the top, you can browse by Rhinoplasty, Revision Rhinoplasty, Eye Surgery, Revision Eye Surgery, Thread Lifting, Liposuction, Fat Grafting, and Skin Boosters. The All tab shows every area together.

Why is no date shown on review cards?

The list shows only the thumbnail, surgical area, nickname, and title. As a clinic policy, we did not include dates, since ranking reviews by date can be misleading.

What criteria are used to post review photos?

Only photos attached by the author themselves are posted, and we ask that photos of other people or photos containing personal information not be uploaded. Results may differ from reality depending on photo conditions.

Does the clinic use these reviews in advertising?

Treatment experience stories cannot be used in medical advertising, so we do not use them as advertising material. They are kept only for members to view within the board.

Can I search for specific content?

Enter a word in the search box and confirm with the button or the Enter key to find matching reviews. Using it together with the surgical area tabs lets you narrow the results.

What are the reviews that rotate automatically at the top?

At the top is a slideshow that automatically scrolls through some reviews, and you can see all of them in the list below. If there are no reviews, that section does not appear at all.

Do I need to sign up to read reviews?

You need to log in to view the full text. If you sign up from the login screen, you will be returned to where you were.

Are there areas that do not have reviews yet?

If there are no reviews for that area, a notice appears in that tab. Having no reviews does not mean we do not perform that surgery, so please ask during consultation if you have questions.

What should I do if I want a consultation after reading reviews?

You can connect by phone at +82-2-591-0100, through WhatsApp, or with the consultation button on the screen. Our hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00; we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Can reading reviews replace a consultation?

Reviews are other people's experiences and do not replace a personal diagnosis. Which method is right for you should be confirmed through a 3D CT diagnosis and an in-person consultation.

Do reviews list costs?

The cost varies depending on your condition and the scope of treatment, so it cannot be determined from the board. Our consultation manager will explain the exact cost during an in-person consultation.

Does a review appear on the board immediately after I post it?

Your post will be published after review, so it may not appear in the list immediately after you submit it.

How many reviews are shown per page?

12 are shown at a time, and you can move to the next page with the numbers at the bottom. When you switch tabs, it starts again from the first page.
