Frequently Asked Questions

What can I find on the procedure guide pages?

Each guide is organized around the definition of the procedure, how it is performed, and precautions. Only published guides appear in the list, with the newest at the top.

I don't know which section to look at for my symptoms.

If your concern is nose shape or revision, start with the nose sections; for eye shape or lines, the eye sections; and for sagging, the lifting sections. If you are unsure where to look, it is faster to ask by phone at +82-2-591-0100 or through WhatsApp.

How are Rhinoplasty and Revision Rhinoplasty separated?

A first nose surgery and a revision of a nose that has already been operated on involve different checks, so we provide separate guidance. Revision surgery requires first identifying the condition of any existing implant and whether there is contracture, so it differs from the diagnosis stage onward.

What is the difference between surgery and a procedure?

Procedures that require an incision and anesthesia are classified as surgery, while those done without an incision, such as thread lifts or petit procedures, are classified as non-surgical treatments. Because recovery time and preparation differ, we list them separately in our guidance.

Where can I find information on lifting?

Information on thread lifting can be found in the lifting guides. We use PDO threads (Silhouette Fix, Mint), Silhouette Soft, and Aptos, and results are expected to last about 6–8 months for PDO and about 1 year to 1 year 6 months for Silhouette Soft and Aptos.

Can I also see skin treatment information here?

Information on skin and petit procedures is also included. These treatments are handled by Dr. Jang Jaehoon.

What should I do if the procedure I'm looking for is not in the list?

Information may not have been posted yet. If you contact us by phone at +82-2-591-0100 or through WhatsApp, we will let you know whether it is offered and how it is performed.

Can I decide on a procedure based only on the explanation here?

The explanations on this page are general information and do not replace a personal diagnosis. Results and recovery vary from person to person and side effects may occur, so decisions should be made after your condition is checked in an in-person consultation.

Do the procedure guides include costs?

The cost varies depending on your condition and the scope of surgery, so it is not listed on this page. Our consultation manager will explain it during an in-person consultation.

Where do I book a consultation?

You can request a consultation through whichever is most convenient: the consultation button on the screen, phone at +82-2-591-0100, or WhatsApp. Our hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00; we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Which director handles the surgeries described here?

Dr. Daehee Han personally handles surgery, consultations, and follow-up. He became a board-certified plastic surgeon in 2014 and has performed more than 4,500 nose surgeries in total, based on medical records from 2017 to 2025.

What examinations are done before surgery?

Precise 3D CT diagnosis analyzes the structure of the bone and cartilage. We confirm internal structures that cannot be seen in photos or with the naked eye, and plan the surgery accordingly.

Is rhinoplasty without an implant possible?

Because we prioritize your own tissue, such as autologous rib cartilage, autologous septal cartilage, or autologous dermis, some cases can be done without implants. However, which tissue is used depends on the diagnosis and the condition of your nose.

How many follow-up visits are there after surgery?

Follow-up is divided into 1 day, 5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. In between, you can ask any questions through real-time recovery consultations on WhatsApp.

Where can I find information about possible side effects?

These are listed in the precautions of each guide. Bleeding, infection, swelling, asymmetry, scarring, and other effects may occur, and recovery speed also varies by individual, so follow-up observation is necessary.

Is there a separate guide for male patients?

Guides on men's rhinoplasty, eye surgery, and lifting can also be found in the same list. Consultations and surgeries are handled by Dr. Daehee Han in the same way.

If I read the guide and book a consultation, what happens first?

When you visit, we begin with a consultation and 3D CT diagnosis. Based on the results, the director personally explains the possible options and even the cases in which we would not recommend surgery.
